The time-domain solution of networks is usually obtained by numerically integrating algebraic differential equations. Linear multistep formulas are used for this purpose but their implementation requires a separate program, different from that for frequency domain calculations. A method is presented which is accurate and absolutely stable. The same program is used for both the frequency as well as time domain solutions.
