Minimization of delay and crosstalk in high-speed VLSI interconnects
Optimization of transient responses of highspeed VLSI interconnects modeled by distributed coupled transmission line networks is presented. A new sensitivity analysis technique for such networks is developed permitting efficient gradient based minimization of crosstalk, delay, distortion and reflection at all vital connection ports.
