A monolithic low noise amplifier antenna
A novel low noise amplifier design of the CPW fed patch antenna has been demonstrated at 3.5 GHz. The antenna's geometry has been exploited so as to avoid matching networks between device and radiator, thereby producing a compact, high gain, low noise receiver front end.
