An advanced technique for numerical inversion of Laplace transform is presented for time-domain statistical analysis of large active circuits with multiple stochastic parameters. The proposed method is based on a model-order reduction technique that guarantees the stability of the reduced active circuit by construction. Pertinent numerical results are presented that validate the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method.
