In this paper, we present the time-domain sensitivity analysis of delayed partial element equivalent circuit models using direct and adjoint techniques. The adjoint sensitivity equations are derived in the form of delayed differential equations. The two methods to compute the time-domain sensitivity are compared with the perturbation approach demonstrating very good accuracy and speedup.
