It is important for modern day software organizations to remain competitive in the market. Being innovative is important for the survival of the organizations. The nature of innovation processes in place in different organizations varies. It is important for organizations to measure and continuously improve the innovation processes. In this paper, we present a goal-driven measurement framework for Software Innovation (SI) processes. We also present a roadmap for the implementation of the framework.
