Modeling of high-speed interconnects
The increasing global trend for faster computing and communication products is warranting designs with higher operating frequencies and sharper excitations. Consequently, high-frequency effects associated with the interconnects such as crosstalk, attenuation, and delay are becoming the major factors limiting the performance of high-speed designs.
